1968 Company was established as metal construction business.
1969 Extension die-casting and plastic processing added.
1970 Relocation of company to Eichstätt - specialising in machine parts, welding parts and lathe tools.
The first special components for the japanese automobile industry, client Mazda are produced.
1980 18 employees, 800 sqm production area
1985 Production of precision, milling and lathe tools for Siemens Augsburg and Nuremberg as well as
construction parts for the computer technology industry.
1986 Production of special tools for Japanese automobile manufacturers
(Mazda, Suzuki, Mitsubishi, Daihatsu and Subaru).
1988 Supplier of special tools for Mazda all over Europe.
1990 Manufacturing of special machinery for materials handling equipment. Production of high-precision
series parts for Siemens AG as well as hydraulics systems for Mannesmann-Demag.
1993 Production of machines for materials handling and textile industry and a production increase in
specialtools for the automobile industry.
1994 Systems supplier for parts and component groups for spinning machines as well as
final assembly for Rieter Group Winterthur, 80 employees.
1996 Special machine construction for DaimlerChrysler passenger vehicle axle manufacturing
truck special tools and loading equipment construction for DaimlerChrysler, Audi and VW.
1998 Setup of a design office for special tools, welding appliances and special machinery.
1999 Official development partner for DaimlerChrysler in special tools for passenger and
commercial vehicles as well as opening of own design office.
2001 Encreasing of our development departement, additionaly 3-D design and prototyping.
Total of 105 employees, production area > 4000 sqm.
2002 Certification according to ISO 9001:2000.
2003 Production and assembly for Siemens Medical Solution.
2004 Supplier of special tools for KTM and Suzuki all over Europe.
2006 Production area > 15.000 sqm, new logistic centre in eichstaett, germany, warehouse in Ankara,
Turkey
and Peking, China; Distributor in Asia and Southern-East European market.
2008 40th anniversary, new administration building, 200 employees.
